MOVLED – Wireless Flashing Light with Motion Sensor

The MOVLED wireless flashing light is an advanced safety device designed to significantly enhance visibility and accident prevention during the movement of industrial and commercial doors. As the first battery-powered flashing light of its kind, MOVLED operates without wiring and without any radio connection, eliminating installation complexity while ensuring reliable and immediate activation.

Equipped with an integrated motion sensor, the MOVLED activates automatically whenever the door starts to move. This instant response provides a clear visual warning to nearby personnel, pedestrians, and vehicle operators, reducing the risk of collisions, entrapment, or accidental contact with the moving door.

Powered by standard AA 1.5V LR batteries, the device ensures continuous operation even in the event of power failure, maintaining safety at all times. A built-in red LED indicator clearly signals low battery status, allowing timely maintenance and preventing unexpected loss of functionality.

The MOVLED unit is mounted directly onto the door itself—whether a roller shutter, sectional door, or gate—so that the illuminated warning follows the door movement precisely. By lighting up the edge of the door during operation, it clearly defines the moving boundary, improving visibility in low-light conditions and busy industrial environments.

For maximum installation flexibility, MOVLED supports multiple mounting options:

• Flush mounting on insulated slats, with a rectangular cut-out size of 225 × 26 mm
• Flush mounting on single-skin slats, with a rectangular cut-out size of 233 × 32 mm
• Surface screw-on mounting, with compact external dimensions of 230 × 30 × 24 mm and fixing hole distances of 250 mm
